Found - wading staff on Yough River

Thursday Aug 11th around Confluence.
Between Ramcat access and the Casselman river inflow

That staff was laying in the water,i put it on that bench

I saw it there when I first entered the water.
And while talking with the father and his two sons, asked if it was theirs - they said no.
When they rain started, we all got out. And everyone left the river but me.

When the rain quit, I walked back into the water. And saw it still there.
Figured it was left behind

If no one wants it, send it to me. I am increasingly clumsy when wading and need a staff in numerous places where I used to wade confidently.

Its not a very good one.
Made of aluminum, and a little crooked.
Don't know if its even worth mailing.
But I'll likely fish the little j later this summer and fall.
Perhaps we could meet on the stream

But yeah, I'd gladly give it to you.
I have two others - a solid one made of wood, and a collapsable one that was given to me by another forum member.
