Recently, I was shopping online for Nature's Spirit Marabou.
I researched the " usual" companies that I knew and had previous positive experience with....Orvis...Mad River Outfitters...Craven's... Galloup's...Fly Fish Food...
I had a few extra minutes, dug a little deeper and came across....https://wncflyandlure.com/
My Fly Tying Material needs were modest.
3 items....$20
Because I was TOTALLY unaware of this company,
at first, I was hesitant.
Finally, I figured..." what the heck...let's give it a shot...
If this works out, I will have another
" GoTo" Material Supplier.
My onLine order proceeded normally.
A few days later, my small package of
Nature's Spirit Marabou arrived.
When pulling the package from the Mailbox,
I immediately noticed the " firm " sides to the package.
When I then opened it, I saw that the bags of Marabou were securely sandwiched in cardboard that was taped closed on all 4 sides.
To me...this seemed pretty F' ing EXCEPTIONAL!!!
I really don't have much of a baseline to compare this packaging approach...but I do know admirable attention to service detail when I see it.
Interested to hear related experience.
And, of course, a VERY HEARTY ENDORSEMENT for
When visiting his site, u will see his primary focus on Fly Tying Materials & Flies.
No emphasis on gear/ clothes.
