FYI,
J Stockard has fly rods on sale for around $150. While I have never fished any of these rods, I have bought blanks and other stuff from J Stockard - they are a good Company to deal with, and have decent merchandise. They appear to be made from Forecast Rainforest RX7 blanks, which are decent moderate to moderately fast blanks. They look like quality built rods for a great price.
