Guys,

Coming up this Wed. 10/15, Ask About Flyfishing will be airing a podcast titled "Fishing Wet Flies, Old School Still Works" by Bill Edrington. I have listened to podcasts by Mr. Edrington before and they are good. Very infomative, and easy to understand.

FFJ- that is how I have been fishing for the last month. Swinging prince nymphs during Iso hatches has been working well- along with dark colored soft hackles. I am a believer.

ACKid,

I had a lot of luck this year with soft-hackled PT's. Should be a good podcast. Check out his podcast on Fishing for Trout with Caddis Flies. Try fishing a partridge/peacock soft hackle on those fall stockies. Your arm will get tired!

The hare's ear soft hackle is one of my favorites. It's killer during a caddis hatch.

I like a PT soft hackle during the sulphurs.

I'm chomping at the bit to get fishing at lease ONCE this fall. Damn all this stuff I signed on to do. :-(
