With my friend Dan moving to Michigan and my brother, Pete, thinking I am crazy for wanting to fish in the cold weather, I am in need of a fishing partner in the NEPA corner of the the state. More specifically, the Carbondale to Scranton portions of the Lackawanna. I am crazy enough to fish in the cold weather but would prefer not to do so alone. A slip and fall can be deadly if it occurs in the cold waters.
I consider myself a small step above a rank amateur. I fish for the enjoyment of being out on the water and consider catching a few fish a bonus. I am retired and have some flexibility regarding scheduling times and days to get out fishing.
