Does any body know places to fish in the county?

Try Here in addition to the special reg streams there is a list of Approved Trout Waters (stream sections stocked with trout) additionally, any blue line on a map up thatta way should hold wild trout.

Did you get what you needed?

Not a lot of response to this because, at least I am stunned, with Pine Creek, Lycoming Creek and Loyalsock Creek watersheds plus the West Branch of the Susquehanna you have a lot of options.

I talk to FF newbies just about every day. If you've never fished before, one of the first questions after what gear? and what flies? is where to go?

Big Pine From Slate Run to Naval Run is fun. Little Pine Upstream of the Shooting Range. Slate Run and Ceader Run are tough small freestone streams but can produce fairly well. Loyalsock and Lycoming Creeks have great sections also, but I've not fished them as much. I had a great day on Lycoming Creek near Powy's Curve one day. Also, Muncy Creek has some good sections.
