First Trout of 2016

Went to Clark's yesterday after work. Water was high and clear. I didn't check water temp but I'm guessing probably somewhere around high 30s low 40s. Managed 2 on a size 20 zebra midge and one on a size 16 pheasant tail. Had a good time. Enjoyed being on the water!

Awesome. I have not even bought my license yet.....might make a trek to spring creek this weekend though.

Geebee, yes that first one was a wild brown. I'll take a wild brown any day as first fish of the year.
