Finding Members

Is there an easy way to find members that haven't posted in awhile; such as a member directory? For instance, another online forum I belong to has a member directory and I can look-up memeber's profiles to send the PM's or E-mails.
If not, can one be easily made? Or is the population of this board too large?

There is no member directory, but try doing a search on that person. Find their name in the forum and click on it. I think you can see their profile there. If they have a public email you will find it.
