Yeah that's one awesome fish!! That's what you live for on a small stream. Agree the black belly is interesting.

Took me 6 years to land a 20+ in a small stream. Definitely takes a ton of time even when you know where they live.

Maurice, it's 6 miles as the crow flies to the upper most end of the closest stocking point. probably 8-10 stream miles if I had to guess to eventually find it's way there.
