Pg 6 (or 8 in the PDF reader) covers the acquisition of property along Falling Spring. The purchase could have the folling benefits to the public:
* 100 yds of stream frontage
* stream buffer
* possible installation of parking for 2 or 3 vehicles.
All in all, a big thumbs up! And isn't this just what people have been asking the Commission to do? Buy stream access? Good start!
