Fathead or Striper Minnow Pattern

Anybody have a fly pattern for fathead or striper minnows found in our PA waters? When I fished live minnows these are what we netted to take fishing or bought at the local shop. I called them striper minnows because of the black lateral line. Many people call them fathead minnows. Thanks
