Farmington River Help

Looking to do a day trip to the Farmington. Ive heard it fishes well through the summer being a tailwater. Anyone have any access points to steer me towards? I know there is UpCountry fly shop up there, will stop there to get some advice as well. Just curious as to if anyone here fishes it. Anything is appreciated.
