So if I normally wear a 10 1/2 in regular shoes and hiking boots, these are going to be too big even worn over waders?

I wouldn't normally comment publicly, but figure it may also help to clarify for others who may be interested.

Correct. Normally wear an 11 shoe. In every other Simms boot I have worn a 12. Ordered a 12 in this boot and they were just too big even with thick socks and a waders bootie.
