Very interesting. Probably won't affect the WB and EB of the Delaware though. Every proposal I've ever seen even try to get passed in the NY State house have always made sure to frack far, far away from there. The downstaters don't want their drinking water ruined but don't care about us upstaters! Business as usual.

Meh. They are only concerned about the branches above Cannonsville and Pepacton. Once the holy city has gotten their water the concern for water quality on the D is greatly diminished.
