I just spotted this in the paper this morning.

Looks like things may be improving. Hopefully, the smallmouth will follow along.
 
I heard that those mussels would once again flourish if the West Branch was pushing 1500 cfs at all times.

There are freshwater mussels in the headwaters of the Raystown Branch of the Juniata. The other two watersheds that flow off the Dividing Ridge don't have them.
