Declining BT in MT

It looks like Montana is looking at closed seasons for brown trout to handle the population decrease. Meanwhile in the east we are opening up trout year round everywhere.

They cite flow right away for the degradation of the population as well as habitat. Then they say the closures might do some good, just maybe.

Let's not start a war about closed vs open seasons in PA again.
