Anybody ever read Days on the Water: the Angling Tradition in Pennsylvania by Mike Sajna? I just picked it up at my college library such they did not have any tying books. Worth the read?

Yes, it's a nice book. I think you'll enjoy it.

I have the book, and enjoyed it.
Mike was from western PA, and a lot of the stories are from this area.

I finished the book, and just wanted to say I did enjoy it. He even mentioned the Lehigh River so it made me happy LOL.

Ha, it is fun to read to books on waters you have fished before. Somebody told me the book was written for his kids to remember him by since he has passed on. Sounded like a fun fisher dude.

O I did not know he passed away. I was actually going to try to find him on Facebook and tell him I enjoyed the read, but......I guess I can't do that.

But did he take a stream temp?

He did not say, but he did catch what he thought was a big pike, only to be told it was a pickerel lol

Yes I read this book, and I also enjoyed it.

Anything Mike wrote is well worth reading.

He was taken way, way too soon..

I remember reading a book by him about the tradition of deer hunting in Pa. Very good book. If this book is as good as the other it is well worth reading.
