Cleaning gear (waders, boots, etc.) quickly?

Is there a method for cleaning your waders, boots, and other gear when jumping from stream to stream? I generally try to stay within the same watershed when fishing on the same day, but I'm curious what tips or tricks others have to prevent the spreading of invasive species.

Freezing over night is the best solution for widest variety of ais in pennsylvania and is also the easiest on your gear compared to chemical treatment such as bleach or formula 409 degreaser. Also some chemicals are better suited for some species and non effective on others.
