Oh bil and I are talking about a float get together in the spring up there for pike, musky, walleye and bass. we can float tioga one day and Chemung the next. tioga/Chemung fish-in. anyone interested let us know. tents and a few floor spaces at my place.

It was a very pretty float, even if Bob was in the water thrashing about. And there were some nice fish in there, even though they didn't want to get photographed. I would like to fish there again.

Looks like a good time was had. And no other boats on the river. Won't be any in the spring either. Thanks for the invite to join you on the float. Reserve me one of those floor spots for the spring float. 1950's & 60's I grew up in Johnson City NY; about 30 miles upstream on the Suski from the Chemung. House was 1 mile from the Suski. Ride our bikes over and fish for walleyes. 3-4 in. blue n black bucktails in a current seam. Catch 20-30" on each cast. Fish would follow the fly all the way and strike just as we lifted it out of the water. Amazing. Good times. Except for the smell from all the raw sewage in the river. Now it's all clean. Already looking forward to the spring. Keeps the spirit up, Larry

Hey Larry how have been ?

Fred,
Doing great, thanks. How about you? How's your son doing? I've been putting to much priority on work around house. So, not much fishing. If you want to meet up pm me. I'm not working outside the home. So open to any time. Larry
