cheater egg pattern

Was tought an easy way to tie egg patterns. Go to a craft store and buy littl pom-poms. Wrap a couple wraps of thread and add some krazy glue. Spear the pom-pom onto the hook and your done.

I made a couple of these and found that the glue just doesn't hold up in the water. Has anyone else had any success with this egg pattern and if so what type of glue did you use?

Just get a glo bug tool(or you can make one) & after a little practice you can tie a glo bug in about 30 secs.

try thinned goop its more water proof, its what I use on the pom-pom flies. also gorilla glue makes a water proof super glue..noemal krazy glue breaks down in water after awhile..

i have made glo bugs. but like the pom-pom method also.
