Central PA Flies

Heading out to Central PA, for the 3 day weekend. Looking for some hot patterns I can tie, and/or whats hatching or what to expect.
I'll prob hit Penns, Spring, Fishing for the most part just to give an idea.

Water levels are still high (Breeches was rolling this evening). I'd have lots of streamers.

Besides that, I'd have the usual sulphers, craneflies, BWOs, and tan caddis. The Green Drake may be active but I doubt Penns is going to be worth fishing this weekend but perhaps some folks with better local knowledge can chime in. Scuds are always good for Spring Creek and stonefly nymphs are my go-to for Fishing creek when bugs aren't active.
