This looks like a decent house rental that may suit your needs. It's near Raystown Lake and would be one half hour drive to the Little Juniata and Yellow Creek. I'm sure there are a lot of native brookie type streams around there as well, plus stocker streams. Or you could fish the Juniata River for some nice smallmouth fishing below the dam.
