Cabelas Spring FFing Catalog

Came in the mail this week. Check out page 17...they have a few travel/backpacking spincast combos! In a FFing catalog! What are they thinking? Or are the spincasters really taking over?

I for one will be imposing a one year moratorium on shopping at Cabelas in response to this...at least until I can see they removed it in next year's catalog. I push for my fellow snobs...I mean purists...here on PAFF to do the same.

I will be boycotting for other reasons. Because they recently had a SECOND AMMENDMENT GUN SALE.... (cue fear mongering, flag waving and free NRA pocket knives -made in China)

Let's all buy a new gun from Cabelas to show our support for the Constitution!

They sure know their clientele.

I bought one of their Stowaway rods recently. A 7'6" 4 weight for backpacking. It's a surprisingly good rod. Might buy a 9' 5 weight for taking on airline trips.

Come on Swattie. You know you are hankering for one of those spinning outfits once the Heritage sections are open to bait fishing. :-(
