BrookieChaser Well-known member Joined Aug 6, 2013 Messages 2,548 Aug 30, 2015 #22 Carp, suckers, and catfish are all that are to be LEGALLY killed. Quillbacks are in the sucker family, so I'd say they're fair game. But, out of the bowfishers I know (8), not one has been checked by a WCO anyway.
