My wife says it’s about time that I start getting rid of some things, and she’s probably right. I have more fly fishing and tying “stuff” than I’ll ever use, for example, so here’s at least a start at making my wife think I’m following her suggestion.

To start, here’s a really nice Chocolate Dun neck from Bob’s Hackle that I’ll sell for $35.00, picked up in the Lancaster!, PA area, or I’ll ship it to you for the actual shipping cost paid via PayPal. Here’s a little info. about Bob’s Hackle for those who aren’t familiar with them:

I don’t believe that Bob’s Hackle is any longer in business, although Jan Pickle and Charlie Collins mentored Evan Brandt in starting Sidling Hill Hackle’s operation.

I believe this neck is actually prettier in person than the picture shows as the underside shows more of the dun coloration. This neck will tie flies in most sizes, and as previously stated has thin flexible stems and a nice barbule density.

Send me a private message here to arrange purchase or with any questions. (I have more necks and saddle hackle that I’ll also be thinning in the near future.)

Thanks, John
