Picked up a Flambleau Blue Ribbon box the other day, threw some patterns in it, it is small but holds a lot of stuff. I like the nice tight waterproof seal. It latches shut very firmly and is small enough to carry in a pants pocket.

the downside is its heavy. i have two, one i used or dries by pulling out the leaf and putting the flies head to tail.

Yeah I noticed that with the leaf there is not much room for dries or large nymphs, but I have a jumbo box already for my streamers, poppers and big ugly stone flies.

The little slots force me to be organized, my boxes get pretty cluttered with the standard "stick hook anywhere foam".

I have the same box and I also removed the leaf. You can see even on your box that the leaf's foam is indented from some of your nymphs. I use mine for my small stream patterns. I don't need many flies and want them all in a nice small box. It works great. With the leaf out I can fit my small buggers in, dries, and all my wets.
