Stumbled onto this hackle grower on the gram and decided to pull the trigger on a light grizzly cape for 20 bucks. Picture on the site looked dun grizzly which I was hoping for. Package came today and I’m pretty impressed. Cape is similar to a Collins imo. Similar size and barb count, fibers were maybe slightly less stiff. Stem was a little thicker but no twist when doing a quick comparison. Picture shows the BC on the left and a Collins commercial. 6 wraps of each on the hook. Just a heads up for anyone looking for a quality, budget friendly hackle option.
