Looks like SE Pa received just under 2.5 inches of rain at Valley Forge in the past 48 hours. Let's hope it continues off and on for a few days more. In spite of the "drought" conditions the Philadelphia area has had about 42 inches of rain since October last year. The average annual rainfall for the area is about 44 inches. Looks like SE Pa is doing much better that the North Central and North West portions of the state. I hope they get the relief they need.
