You are using braid for the articulation right? I think I remeber that from another thread. I did that when I first started tying articulated stuff but soon realized that the rear end whips around and snags alot. Are you having any problems with this. I now currently use 44 lb american fishing wire. This is more rigid and essentially snag free. Just curious.

Hey that looks like a rapala to me! I like the eyes. I bet the smallies like it too.

I use older spider wire folded then furled, gives stiffness with losing to much flex. no problems wrapping so far. I usually make wire links out of welding wire, but for these 3" or smaller I like the spider wire.
