Binoculars

Googling ComBloc I get all the scary crazy gun people stuff.

Was in Cabelas today picking up some treats to pimp my pontoon and breezed through bargain cave to look at optics. Sweet Jesus. Is that $2700 marked down to the low, low price of $2300 for a set of binoculars? Wow. Simply.

I have a 3" monocular by tasco , my mom bought it for me , bless her soul , lightweight , fits easily in vest pocket and is great for watching the gals skinnydipping in the next pool downstream , not to mention trout feeding , deer , oh yeah and OSPREYS

This is theoretically a good binocular.

Looks good...my first concern would be bulkiness, though.

Personally I prefer the binoculars that don't require focusing.

I've had the same worn out looking pair of Tasco Infocus binocs for 15 years. They were like $50 bucks. I've seen Bushnell makes a similar model, Permafocus I believe.

Of course I read some of the reviews (not all so great), and I might just keep my tasco cheapy pair around for as long as I can.

My uncle bowhunts profusely, he gives venison away! He has a new pair of Nikon somewhere in the $150-200 range and really likes them.

I think these are might be what he has.
