Been lurking a long time, but moved back home and retired in January this year. I lived in the Hudson Valley area…fished the Catskill, W CT streams and Delaware systems. Travel for work allowed me to fish in PA,,,usually staying in State College and fishing Spring and Penns.
With retirement I have been able to fish 3-4 times mid week. Relearning the freestones in my back yard. Enjoying the mountain tribs. Taking day trips to Penns. Camped out on Pine in May. Ice fished in February. Fishing for SM bass the past two months. Loving retirement!
I was glad to hear the rain falling all night. Local streams are high and muddy, but I am sure the trout are happy!
I will try to contribute more than lurking.
