Title says it. Was gonna fight the psu football traffic and try to get some river time. I know penns in places is closed but any other waters doing well?

The Juniata River is at a very low level and ideal for wading right now. The smallie bite should be hot.

Spring Creek below Bellefonte is the best option daylight until 11am then things slow down
