Anyone up for playing hookie to help a noob?

Hi Everyone,

I'm a beginner looking to get out for a few hours on a Friday while my brats are at daycare and the wife is at work. I'd like to hit a stretch on the Breeches since, selfishly, it's most convenient for me location wise. I can use a few pointers on casting, knots, and, well actually everything.
