Any Rod Builders in York, Pa area?

I found a fiberglass rod that was built for me 30 years ago. I think it is a lamiglass blank. I think 8 1/2 foot long. It was built with single foot fuji ceramic guides on it. The one right before the tip is missing. I thought it might be better if it was redone with snake guides instead. I do not need anything fancy onit as far as wrapping.
