any information on this pond?

In my travels I pass this place and get a glimpse of a beautiful pond. It looks to be state owned in state forest land. There is a locked gate before the lane but I'm wondering if fishing is permitted? I found it off of Mount Hope Road in Adams County close to the Franklin Co. line.

IF it's on state forest land and IF there's no signs or others means of indicating no fishing I'd think it would be fair game.

Based on the coordinates provided it appears to be private land.

I've been doing a little more looking in to this and it is now part of Michaux State Forest. The state purchased the tree farm property a few years back. Check out page 5 of this link.
