I'm surprised the catties haven't done better in Marburg as they seem to thrive everywhere around here. Maybe it's the cold, deep, clear water? Whatever the case, I don't think I've ever seen any anglers targeting them on Marburg (rivers are another story - cats are extremely popular fish on the Potomac and Susky). Perhaps it's time to drop 'em from management plans for this lake.

I'd be much more interested in learning about population trends of other game fish in Marburg. Since musky fingerlings were increased, they have become very popular (again). There was a 51" fish caught there back in the summer.
