Zebra midges and various nymphs

Working on some various flies for trout season. Some zebra midges in 20,22,24 and a bunch of size 18 nymphs. BWO, Sulphurs, etc...

Nice ties, I to like the lighter colored sulphur nymphs opposed to pheasant tails and other darker variations.

It's important to remember that there are both light and dark "sulphur" nymphs depending on species of mayfly. Ephemerella invaria specifically is a species of "sulphur" whose nymphs are dark. it is also one of the two or three major species found in PA.

True. When i think sulphur, its the larger more common one. Seems that most streams have the larger Sulphur 14-16s. I see the smaller 18s on the Yough each summer, although haven't seen them to much anywhere else that I've fished yet.
