Youghiogheny or Casselman?

Traveling to Washington, PA next week for work and will likely bring my gear in case I can sneak out. Are the Yough and/or Casselman my best options? Any advice will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

If you are looking for trout, you won't find very many on the casselman. It is stocked in certain sections, but for the most part it is a warm water fishery.

The Yough will likely be too high to wade except the first mile below the dam at Confluence PA.
