Agree, great to see, and well written and presented. Hopefully it leads to some of the things we advocate for so passionately around here. Things are moving in the right direction. Slower than we'd maybe like, but progress in the right direction is good.

Funny thought when I saw the word "Summit." "Cohort" is the new trendy business buzzword for meeting or gathering. At least at my company. We have cohorts for our cohorts. "Summit" was so 2013.
