I have been fishing a section of Litiz Run that is located in a farm field in front of a white farm house. Before I did so I walked up to the house and made sure it was okay to fish there and they told me to go a head... but now I have hear and read that I need to pay $20 for a year pass????? Should I have that pass for this section or is the pass only for the Millport Con. section? So, is where I am fishing okay with out the pass and where can I get a pass to fish the Millport section.

The Conservancy is where you need the badge for. The section near the Hess farm, which is the big white one you were talking about is open. I haven't had a badge for a few years but when I did you just needed to be a member of TU and the guys at the Evening Rise have the contact name for the badges. I am sure Sal that posts on here often has the name of the guy as well.

well actually i dont. i know lynn and logan the landowners and get the oppurtunity to get a badge fresh off the press :-D belive it or not...this is the first year that i have purchased one. but yes evening rise can help ya out. if i were you though i would wait until the beggining of next year. then you would get full use of your 20 bucks. now with all that said... the section along creek road is free C&R AFLO. i highly recommend this area. One its free and two there are some nice fish in that area. you will see white C&R TU signs along the wooden fence. Reminder: dont park on that side of the road(along the fence!) this stream runs on landowner relations and they are not fond of this. you will see a small parking area along creek road on the opposite side from the stream. good luck man those fish are picky and tough! :-D
