I have fished LMF river few times. Loved it the first time but not so much next 2 times. Amazing how busy it was on a weekday.
I’ve also fished blue river south of OKC. It’s not year round trout fishery like LMF so it’s best fished fall through late winter. All stocked trout.

Can't speak to whether the fish will be rising when you go, but check out this video. I follow this guy and he puts out a lot of great content. I'd definitely check out LMF if I were headed to OK:
