What's this bug?

Ok guys, what is this? I'm pretty sure it may have originally had 3 tails.........the middle one might just be broken(you can see a little part of it). Probably about a size 14, and I did very well with a size 14 Adams today.

Also saw some much larger mayflies which I believe were slate drakes, but also a handful of these smaller ones as well.

This was at a small/medium sized stream in NW PA if that makes any difference.....

I don't know why I didn't think of it earlier, but maybe a BWO?
 
I think you're on the right track. Based on the time of year, size of bug, it should be some member of that family.
 
You don't think it's a slate drake or Iso?
 
My eyes are bad but....unless his hands dwarf Andre the Giant'shands, that fly is a #16 at the aabsolute biggest. Based in size, I guessed some type of bwo. I suppose it could be a dwarf or premature iso.
