I can't find the EPA Navigatible Water Ways new definition or implications.
Sounds like the veto over Congress rejection of the Water Bill was talking about an expansion of waters that are defined as navigatible. While for clean waters that is awesome but in terms of accessibility we could gain some new fishing waters.
If a river is defined as navigatible it means we can stand on the river bed and on its banks up to flood stage. So once you get into the river legally we can fish the whole river standing in the water or at high water level. Little J being defined as navigatible gave us access to places that were posted.
