Anyone know of a good deal on some decent walkie-talkies out there at the moment? Or if you have a good recommendation regardless of price, let's hear it!

Newegg.com is where I buy all my computer components from, I've tried to put orders in from Tiger Direct but they never had what I wanted in stock. I believe Newegg is cheaper, they useualy get the shipment to me in 3 days. I have Motorola two ways I bought from Sam's Club, I like them.

Yes newegg is also a good place to buy electronic equipment
I check both places ,and then buy whoever is cheapest or who has it in stock

Maybe I get the wrong ones but I have personally never owned a set of walkie's that actually work all the time or half the time for that matter. We had a set of motorolas years ago that worked most times, but we spent a nice chunk of change on some a year ago and they SUCK. Goodluck

Just a side note, I always put my walkie's in a zip loc plastic bag. The seal keeps out any moisture and they work like a charm.
