Assume you're looking for stocking foot waders? They're generally sized S/M/L/XL etc with each successive size getting larger in all dimensions...waist, chest, inseam, foot size, etc. Some manufacturers have tall or stout lines too. The stocking foot booties themselves generally cover a 3 or 4 size range of the most common foot sizes for that height. I agree though, if you have large feet for your height it can be difficult to find a suitable pair. My advice would be to just try a bunch of different brands and lines...odds are you'll find one that works for ya. Make a trip down to Cabelas in Wheeling...even if you choose not to buy there they'll have several manufacturers in stock and several "in house/store brand" lines.
Another suggestion would be to look into bootfoot waders. They're sized by foot size. You still may end up too big in the waist/chest I suppose, but worth a shot maybe.
Edit: Another thought...the top of the waders should have a drawstring/para-cord for tightening them up around the chest...try adjusting that too and using the waist belt.
