Anyone fish Lycoming Creek between Roaring Branch and Pleasant Stream this fall?

I have fished pleasant stream a few times and from the mouth of pleasant up to marsh hill bridge on Lycoming, all in the last few weeks. Rainbows in both, plenty of brook trout in pleasant. I haven't gone any further upstream since earlier in the year. All the action has been on the lower half.
