Tying lessons

Saturday i had my first lesson in tying. i have been tying for a year now i figured i'll take group lessons being they are only $11 a week for 8 weeks. let me tell you i learned more in those 2 hrs than i did in the 4 tying books i have read, a year of talking to people, the internet, all the movie i have watched, etc. if any of yous are interested in it and from the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre area let me know and i will give you the info he still has room this Sat. will be the Second class. it wasn't just tying it was everything from tying to casting to presentation to when to use this pattern how to cast it etc.

I've always seen a big benefit to going to tying lessons also. I guess somethings are just easier to understand when they are demonstrated.

And of course, I really enjoyed hanging around with a room full of fishermen (well... once I got used to the smell).
