Anyone else ever just sit at the vice and tie up patterns on the fly? My wife was looking for a few to lay around the house as art cause she enjoys the art of fly tying. I sat down and came up with these for her and she was quite happy.

Tight Lines !!

Totally not into fishing decor but that is a great idea! Your wife is a genius. I'm going to do something similar. Thank you.

I agree with just about everything poopdeck wrote.

I especially like your method of displaying them!

Some of the traditional wet flies and salmon flies are very colorful and are often tied for their beauty rather than for fishing.

Look as some of the flies tied by PA fly tyer Donny Bastian. donbastianwetflies.com

And the flies tied by nfrechet on this forum.

Beautiful flies, great craftmanship.
