I would have dubbed in orange as well. Lightly, perhaps.
 
I make a version using amber Ultra Wire which is the closest to orange I can find. They work great and get down fast.

I also do other versions using gold, olive, olive & gold, brown and chartreuse, all with Partridge and a smaller size with purple wire and Snipe.

In my experience, they out fish the silk bodied versions.
