Tulpehocken Dino passed 27Apr

Anybody know Dino? He was a de facto riverkeeper for the Tully, and was very artistic. His tied flies were literal works of art and he built up fly rods from the cane culms. He was friends of the former WCO Ray Bednarchik (if anyone could help me contact him?). He was funny and whimsical, and was a 'Nam vet.
